Organize your beliefs to organize yourself


Our perspective to the others as well as to ourselves depends on our beliefs.

How are these beliefs developed within ourselves? What effects do they have on our behavior and decision making? What impact can we create on our lives by making smart logical changes to those beliefs

Belief is an idea that is supported by evidence. In other words, when your normal thoughts get authenticated by practical demonstrations, beliefs are created. 


For example, you are a singer. You think that you sing well. This thought gets more evidence when you win in more and more competitions or when you repeatedly perform successfully at several concerts. Thus, it eventually becomes your belief that you are a good singer.

How nice is this!:) Doesn't that sound exciting? 🤩🤟🤩
Yes. it is. This belief generates a positive outcome and thus, a good feeling. Most of our beliefs are created in the same manner. Most of us tend to change our beliefs based on the events that happen and the evidence or the consequences we face.


But, doing this way may have negative effects on our overall lifestyle if intended with negative emotions. I can misinterpret the actual essence of our own.
For this, one need to come over the negative belief system so that you can lead a quality life. Just analyze the situation practically to come back to the logical thinking mode.

🤷🤷Think twice about how certain that is to happen every single next time. 🤷🤷 If the answer is NO, don’t put it in your template of belief system. Accumulating unnecessary memory gives stress. 


Indeed, learn from the loss that has taken place, identify the mistakes. Try not to do those again in the next attempt. Retrospect the results and then decide on the best practices. By doing so, you don't fall in any illogical frame of belief system nor have any emotional stress.
💪💪Make yourself stronger by the experiences rather than making baseless assumptions. 💪💪


The more flexible we are to accept the things and the facts around us, more are the chances to evolve and achieve higher goals in our lives. We are the ones responsible to change the way we perceive things.

How to change and accept changes:

1. Change vocabulary to change attitude and emotions:

Researchers have found out that out of 3000 English words that are there to express emotions, two-thirds of them are about expressing negative emotions. That’s why people can experience the negative emotions more than the positive emotions.


So, we must be careful about the words we use. The words that we use can influence the emotions we have and convey to others. Try to use positive words in a day and analyze what effect you  have.

2. To think differently, describe differently:

The way you describe anything to others has a large impact in the form of their reaction. No one wants to hear and load oneself with negative and stressful thoughts. Likewise, everyone would help a positive happy person despite their hardships. 


Think this way. When you are at an interview, why do you try to sound confident even though it is a stressful and nervous situation. If you understand this you understand this point! :)

3. Stronger versus weaker expressions:

The best technique to have an optimized belief system is by using stronger expressions for positive emotions and weaker expressions for negative emotions.


For example, say that “I was on cloud nine when I knew about my promotion” rather than saying - “I’m happy about getting promoted
Similarly, rather than saying “Im in the dumps about my relationship with my boyfriend”, try to say in a less intense way - “I’m not so happy with my relationship - I need to figure it out

4. Ask right questions to get right solutions:

Let’s say that our thoughts are a series of questions and the respective answers. The question we ask for ourselves reflects the way of our thinking. Higher the quality of the question, higher is the quality of the thoughts you generate.
In simple terms, asking a negative question to yourself always gives you a negative answer and vice versa. 


For example, Rather than asking - “Why me!?” ask this way - “How do I deal with this?”
By doing this way, we can get the right mindset to solve the problem and react to the situation in the most practical way.
