"Problem" is always temporary

Problem is a temporary situation which a person would not like to be in, for a long time and tries hard to come out by adopting the best possible solutions around him/ her.


The process of executing things successfully to land out of the tough situations is called problem management.

Physical problems V/S Mental problems

→ Physical problems are usually health problems.
→ Mental Problems have various reasons. Some of them that are considered as root causes are: fear, anger, worry, sadness etc…


If we consider these as internal factors, there could also be external factors which are significantly responsible for mental problems. Some of them are financial problems, relationship problems etc…

Identifying oneself in the problem situation:

  • Shock stage:

When something unexpected has happened or known, the first body reaction to it is generally a blank state for mind.

  • Inertia stage:

In this stage, people become stiff physically and numb mentally. As a result, they avoid people and want to be alone trying to know the situation actually.
This reaction can vary differently depending on the personality.

A behavior based research in a typical situation was conducted
on a group of people and revealed that, men get inside their own cave to search for the solutions whereas, women share the situation among the people in search of the solution.
There are high chances of getting into clashes if people with different personalities work together to solve a problem.
So -  staying calm is the best thing to do in order to avoid entering into further critical situations.

  • Blame stage:


If no solution is found, the general tendency is to enter into the blame setting. Blaming the people around and the circumstances happens in this stage.

  • Suggestions stage:

When people around us know about our problem situation, they try to help with various suggestions. This is an important stage to listen to all and decide upon which one to consider. Depending on the severity of the problem, It is good to seek advice from a professional rather than hearing all the junk advice from everybody.
It is not be the experience that is important at this time - rather, expertise that is needed.
So, take all the valuable suggestions but, decide wisely upon which one to execute.

  • Solution stage:

This stage is responsible for striking in many thoughts in the mind both positive and negative. It is important to be stable and not inviting any new problem that are just imaginary ones. So, stop thinking about the result - rather focus on the execution

How to execute:

  • ☺☺ Calm:

Stay calm. Don’t feel anxious, tense or fearful.

  • 🛈🛈 Collect:

Collect all the information. Research and investigation is the key. 

  • ➤➣ Jump:

Don’t revolve around the problem - rather to jump into it. For that, don’t spend too much time in investing around or think too much about the consequences even before trying our anything

Stay calm and execute the problem professionally

  • ⥤⟹ Professionalize:

Now that the problem is thoroughly investigated, there shouldn't be any fear or doubt at this point. Information is powerful - Become more powerful by using it professionally.

  • ⌘ Success:

No problem would exist forever. Try with the highest potential. Even if your solutions could not solve, time can solve it for you. Problems shall then become experiences and we learn from them.
